The RAF is inviting graduates to apply for its Graduate Development Program in the Technology and Digital Department: Cybersecurity and Governance, Risk and Compliance, which will run for 18-24 months. The program aims to provide development opportunities for young, high-potential individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering relevant work experience in areas such as motor vehicle accident processes, data security, identity and access management, cloud security, network security, application security, and SAP security. Qualifications include a certified copy of a Grade 12/NQF 4 level Certificate, a degree in Information Technology, and a valid ID. Applicants must submit their latest semester academic results, ID, CV, and motivational letter. Behavioral and technical competencies required include planning, organizing and coordinating, personal mastery, judgment and decision making, ethics and values, client service orientation, resilience, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and analytical skills, and basic computer literacy in MS Office. Terms and conditions include a fixed-term contract appointment with prospects of permanent employment upon successful completion.
